When you use a form we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone, company, country and message. Career applications may include a resume and a Loom link. Partner proposals may include organization details.
How we use it

Who sees it
Form messages are delivered to the HIREWORKMATE support team by email at support@hireworkmate.com. We may use trusted tools such as email, hosting and CRM providers to process them.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@hireworkmate.com. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
